Insider Transactions

insider trading

Whether the people who run a company are putting their own money behind it, or quietly getting out.

What it does04
01

Insider trades are one of the few signals backed by real money from people with the best view of a company's own prospects — not a survey, not a model, an actual bet.

02

Overview is for scanning across tickers to find where insider buying or selling is concentrated enough to be worth a second look.

03

Per Ticker is for judging one company's insider activity against how much stock its own officers and executives currently hold.

04

Opening a single transaction puts it in context against that insider's other recent trades, so one filing doesn't get read in isolation.
