Institutional Holdings

13F filings

Who's buying, who's selling, and who already owns it - institutional positioning read market-wide, by fund, or by ticker, before you treat a move as more than retail noise.

What it does04
01

Institutional Holdings reads the same underlying positioning from three angles: market-wide (Overview), one fund at a time (Institution), and one ticker at a time (Holding) - start wherever your question actually starts.

02

Overview is for spotting where the crowd is leaning before you have a name in mind; Institution and Holding are for confirming a specific fund's or ticker's institutional story once you already do.

03

Any single position - one institution's stake in one ticker - can be traced on its own over time, worth reaching for once the aggregate numbers raise a real question.

04

Treat this as a read on positioning and sponsorship, not a signal on its own: institutional conviction can be a tailwind or a lagging indicator depending on who is moving and why.

Views03
Overview

The first read on where institutional money is leaning as a whole, before you zoom into any single name - who is adding, who is cutting, and which industries are moving together.

Institution

What one fund or manager is actually positioned in right now, and how concentrated that conviction is by sector, once you already know which institution matters to you.

Holding

Who is behind the institutional side of a ticker's ownership, and whether that side is accumulating or distributing - a read on sponsorship that price alone will not give you.

How you use it05
01

Click a name in a leaderboard to jump straight into that institution's or ticker's own view.

02

Filter recent activity to new positions, increases, or decreases only, and sort by any column to surface the biggest moves first.

03

Search any institution by name or any ticker to switch the Institution or Holding view to it, then page through everything it holds or everyone who holds it.

04

Open any single row to trace that one position's history over time on its own; open it again to close it.

05

Switch a trend chart between flow and aggregate-shares framing, or toggle the sector breakdown on and off, to change what angle you're reading a name from.
