Dividend Analysis

Whether a stock's dividend is dependable: how much it pays, how safe the payout is, whether it's growing, and how that compares to its own history.

What it does04
01

A composite score across four dimensions — Income, Safety, Growth, Stability — is the fast read on whether a dividend deserves confidence before you dig into any single number.

02

Every metric is judged against this stock's own five-year range rather than a fixed threshold, so a reading is flagged favorable or unfavorable relative to what's normal for this specific payer, not a universal rule.

03

Tracing a metric's history tells a one-off wobble from a real trend, which matters most for safety and growth — a single good quarter doesn't make a payout safe, and one raise doesn't make a growth streak.

04

The full payment history turns the growth story into cash terms — period-over-period change and yield on cost — so you can check whether what's been happening actually reached your pocket, not just the summary metrics.

How you use it04
01

Hover the Overall score to break the composite into its four component ratings — Safety, Quality, Growth, Stability — on a 0-5 scale.

02

Click a metric row to trace its history at the bottom of the tool; click the same row again to close it.

03

Click Next Ex-Date to open the full payment history; click the backdrop or the X to dismiss it.

04

From the open history view, use the screenshot icon to export it, or X to close it.
